- October 1984 Lonnie Hooper Insurance Agency merges with Spuhler & Sturgeon, Inc.
- October 1986 Lonnie Hooper becomes the sole owner of Hooper, Spuhler & Sturgeon, Inc.
- January 2009 Lonnie Hooper forms a partnership with Michael Muller.
- February 2010 Kristi Koetsier, Lonnie Hooper's daughter, is added as a Partner
